A great dress and how to wear it

I have been in Club Monaco lately a lot buying for clients.  The clothing is beautifully cut, made of real, beautiful material like silk and cashmere and the prices are fair.  I found this dress in there on sale and it looks great on.  It needs to be belted on most people to cinch in the waist.  If you are a waif you can wear it loose but for the rest of us the belt is a must.  Here is the look and how to wear it.
