I always buy the $9.99 dozen bunch of roses at my local Vons. For the holiday's I buy red, winter I buy white or a light light pink and for spring/summer I buy the soft rosey pink or orange. I keep these in my powder room on the counter. They always last a couple of weeks (with water change) and they make me feel so happy.
This past week we were in La Quinta for New Year's. We made it over to the Desert Hills Outlets and fought tourists galore (delivered by bus). My favorite picks were from Tods. I love their buttery leather shoes that mold to your foot and feel like pure luxury. They are timeless classics that will always look chic at drop off with a big cashmere sweater. At the outlet everything was discounted on top of being discounted. Here are my favorites and how I will wear them (really, around the clock):
Statement necklaces and Emerald green are hot for Spring. Here is a gorgeous look via Spring Fashion Week Paris, and then how to wear this in real life:
This is something that I would wear all the time. I just bought thesehigh-tops from Target. I like a pop of color with the bag. Many of these items are on sale now. This outfit is a way to look pulled together and on trend easily. The sneakers are trendy so not worth investing in the fancy ones! I have walked miles in my black sneakers that look identical and they are very comfortable and add a good 3 inches to your height! Win win.
This Proenza sweatshirt feels like butter on your skin and is great to throw on over your yoga clothes. It has an interesting cut that is longer in the back and is great with jeans and sneakers just to kick around in.
