By mid September most places there is a bit of a chill in the air and Fall starts to happen. Here in LA we typically have a warm September and then in October things start to change. This is a perfect LA and San Francisco pre Fall outfit because depending on where you are and what time, you always need a sweater to throw on. This set has some remaining summer elements of style but moving forward. This set reminds me of September in San Francisco, before we moved to LA (12 years ago!)
