What to Buy now at The Gap: Spring Basics

I just took all of my winter clothing from my wardrobe, donated what I had not worn for a couple seasons and took a hard look at all my spring clothing from last year.  Once I had sifted through everything, I made a list of the building blocks that I needed for my spring/summer wardrobe.  I am very methodical about shopping because I do not like to collect random things that will not work.  The more people collect sometimes the less they have to wear because nothing works together.  I like to buy a lot of basics for spring and summer at the Gap because their jeans and tops fit me really well.  I buy my investment pieces of the season from other more high end stores but I love to save money on the things that I will wear more subtly. Here are some things to swoop up from the gap. It was 30% off the entire purchase:
stone wash pocket tee (I love this in grey too)

1969 Deconstructed always skinny skimmer jeans

open knit sweater (white or navy is super cute)
short sleeve crew neck tee(go one size up for extra slouch)
LOVE this 100% cotton sweater--it looks like Vince--I usually wear XS but bought a S because I wanted more slouch, of course.

super skinny khakis-I love these in olive and grey

the white shirt is a must for spring and this swiss dot button down is the perfect fit--I got a size up for a little looser

I love this wash and these are super comfy.  True to size.
