Nailing the High Low

When I am look-for-lessing it there are some things I look for. First, material--I want cotton, silk or linen in tops--not rayon or some kind of flammable knit (although I do own plenty of these too!). Second, I am looking for where something is made. For example, shoes in Italy. Finally, I add one element that is a "high" item like a bag or jewelry. Look for less done and done!

Fall Work

Earlier this week my husband and I were in Beverly Hills for lunch and I saw this look a few times. I think it works well. The key is a flattering toe and the right straight crop jean---with some fray at the bottom. These shoes are a great Celine-esque at a fair price.

I have worn the heck out of my flare jeans this season. Because I am super tall I can't wear mine with a high wedge but for most of my clients they need a 3 inch lift to have the hem hit right(almost to the bottom of the heel).I love this set. This shirt needs a little cami but is a great cut and color.Love the 70's going strong this season.
