Wearing heels with jeans looks super chic and polished, but if you choose the wrong pair you will be limping within hours.  I like the wedge heel with jeans because it is more comfortable. Here are some well priced, user-friendly options and how to wear the look:

A fair priced brogue from Boden

Brogues are in now and all over the spring collections--if the toe is right and not to masculine, they are super flattering and comfortable.  I like them with shorts or with pants that hit right above the ankle.  These from Boden are my favorite in this price range.  Jil Sander and Lanvin make beautiful ones but they are  $$$.  This is the same look.

Fendi Fur Look for Less
